Past Life Readings

Sometimes it is necessary to see our past lives and for this I use a non-hypnotic technique called Reflexology Regression. I pioneered this therapy in 1988 because many people do not like the idea of hypnosis, of the feeling of not being in control. With Reflexology Regression you are totally conscious. The gentle massaging of the feet promotes relaxation of body and mind and allows pictures to come up from one's subconscious to form in the mind's eye. The past lives you will see are ones which I would already have seen, so that I know what you are viewing is correct. There are no side effects and one can stop at any time during the session if one is not happy about it although this has never happened in all the 20 years I have been doing it.

Occasionally it is not our past lives that we need to see but blocks in our system. I had one lady who was always feeling ill and especially sick in the stomach. I directed her to look inside her body to see what was wrong. I did this because although I knew what the problem was I also knew that she needed to see it for herself. Because she was the quiet gentle type, my telling her the cause of the problem would not be enough and that by seeing it for herself the result would be cathartic. Through this same technique she could use her inner vision. She saw that inside her abdomen was what looked like thick greeny yellow mucous. I asked her what it represented and she said that it was all the rubbish that she had had to stomach since she was a child, from her family and later on when she had a family of her own. Everyone had dumped their junk on her. During this session we managed to clear it out and she went away feeling renewed and decisive in that she would do what she wanted to do and tell her family straight.
